We come to you! There is no additional charge for our service technician to come to your location. We diagnose your computer problems on site. Additional charges may apply for hardware related laptop problems - please call for details.

Our typical turnaround time for repair is 72 hours or less. If any problems arise which will take longer than the allotted time period, we will contact you directly with details and an updated timeframe of repair.

Our average service contract length is between 12 to 18 months for date specific contracts. You will only pay the initially quoted contract cost for all service and maintenance labor during the full length of your contract. Please call for details!
